These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cognistar digital education platform ("Cognistar," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using Cognistar.net and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

6. Refund Policy
If you purchase a full course and later choose to cancel, our refund policy is as follows:
- 100% refund if you cancel within the first month of the course.
- 75% refund if you cancel within the first three months.
- 50% refund if you cancel during the fourth or fifth month.
- No refunds are provided after the fifth month.
The typical course duration is 7-8 months.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after cancellation is confirmed.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources on the Platform are owned by Cognistar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the courses for permitted purposes only.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

- You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform, other users, or our operations.
